Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, the tickets are sent to the email address you provided, usually within a few minutes.

Tickets are issued for a fixed date and time, so bookings are non-refundable unless the product page states otherwise. If you need a different date or time, contact us and we will try to help, subject to availability. If the venue cancels or closes on your date, you get a new date or a refund. Children still need a ticket to enter at their time slot, but many activities offer reduced or free rates for minors.
